Booria Carpet Loom Controller
system is a Windows XP Embedded based system
for controlling the carpet looms with
different electronic Jacquards or
electronic Selection Boxes.
It provides a wide range of facilities
for browsing and displaying all
files graphically (designs,
schedules, palettes, etc). Thanks to
multitasking architecture, you will be able
to define all of your jobs while machine
working or even through the network.
Moreover, it will be possible to view and
print the different reports regarding
efficiency, calculating average number of
picks per hour and … through the
network.
Unlike the similar products in the field
of loom controlling, Booria Loom Controller
system needs no special hardware
requirement and can run on
conventional PCs with
Windows XP operating system. This
will reduce hardware maintenance costs
significantly.

The Application will generate XML
Log files of the events of machine.
This will help the production manager to
resolve the reason of stops and pauses of
the process. Machine environmental
parameters such as temperature, voltage for
driving electric parts and special events
will be recorded, too.
