New
Generation of Booria Robotuft
has been produced
Booria CAD/CAM Systems developed
its new generation of its
hand-tuft Robot,
Booria
Robotuft. The new
generation has dominant
advantages in comparison to old
ones. New structure,
ability to tuft in cut pile
and loop without stoppage
and ability to produce tufted
carpet and area rug with very
coarse yarn are the main new
capabilities of the new series.
Booria and Rose+
Krieger, German Manufacturer
of aluminum profiles, lifting
devices, linear positioning
components, signed an agreement
for constructing new structure
of
Booria Robotuft with
German quality and European
standards. From now on Booria
Robotuft structure will be built
in Germany to guaranty the
structure quality for Booria
customers and robot users. More
rigidity and higher production
speed are two major incomes of
Robot structural improvements.
Forming cut pile and loop is the
main inquiry of the tufted area
rug producers. This capability
will enable the producers to
produce more modern and
fashionable carpets and area
rugs. To obtain such an effect
developed new automatic cut
and loop switching system
without any mechanical settings
or machine stoppages. Pile type
is defined in the software and
robot will tuft the selected
pile type automatically.
Ability to produce tufted area
rugs and carpet with very
coarse yarn is the next
capability. Producing shaggy
carpets with 11mm thickness and
75mm pile height in J pile
format is now achievable.

Carpets the winners of Booria
special prize in CDA 2009
During special ceremony of
Carpet Design Awards 2009 in
Domotex, the winners of
Booria special prize been
recognized.
In
the “Best Modern Design in the
price range over 250
Euros/square meter” category
Werner Weber won Booria
special prize, Booria Carpet
Designer software. Due to
fantastic chromatic combination,
the prize awarded to Noor a
222x281 cm carpet presented by
Werner Weber.
In
the “Best Traditional Nomadic
Design in the price range under
150 Euros/square meter” category
Heidarian Carpet won
Booria special prize. Due to
well controlled color and
exceptionally woven the prize
awarded to Setareh a 128x226 cm
carpet presented by Heidarian
Carpet.
